The DLD intends to simplify the auditing process and allow faster property sales by utilizing smart evaluation technologies. This effort demonstrates the DLD’s commitment to implementing innovative solutions and meeting the goals established in the Dubai Economic Strategy D33, which aims to develop Dubai as a leading worldwide destination for living and working.
Upon completion of the smart evaluation process to confirm prices, customers can finalize payment of fees and obtain their new title deed within a matter of minutes. This streamlined process eliminates the need for prolonged waiting periods, allowing for a more efficient and hassle-free experience when purchasing a property.
Who can use the Instant Selling Feature?
The Instant Selling Feature is available for different types of freehold real estate properties, such as villas and apartments, and can be processed through Real Estate Registration Trustees. The major goal of this feature is to simplify operations and offer consumers with a smooth experience by requiring all parties involved to sign contracts in person at the real estate registration trustee office. This new project is designed to change real estate transactions, making them more efficient and convenient for all parties involved.
